 MCCOYS improves the lives of families through quality prevention and intervention services.


We are a nonprofit that is focused on helping families succeed throughout our community. Our highly trained staff provide many different services for all ages and community members to make a long-lasting difference. We service Muskogee and Wagoner counties, as well as their surrounding areas.

What does MCCOYS stand for?

Muskogee County Council of Youth Services

Youth Services are a large focus for MCCOYS. From tutoring, to counseling, to community at risk services and more, we are geared toward restorative and prevention services to give youth a better chance at life. MCCOYS also offers services to families, single individuals, couples, and any community member in need. Currently, MCCOYS provides services to Muskogee and Wagoner counties and the surrounding areas. Wagoner County Youth Services is an affiliate of MCCOYS. For a full list of services, please visit the "services" tab on the left hand side of the page.
